Where are the best places to find inexpesive supplies?

I have looked all over the city trying to find a photo printer that can print on unusual surfaces. I found one bed printer that cost over 800K - way beyond my budget. Also need a good source for inks and paints, canvas, and so on. Any help would be appreciated!
